Wesley Holds at No. 5

MINNEAPOLIS - Wesley College remained fifth in the latest rankings by D3football.com after a 31-13 win over Delaware Valley on September 19.

The teams in the top 10 remained unchanged from last week and the top six teams all held their positions.  No. 9 Ohio Northern dropped two spots from seventh after falling to No. 1 Mount Union.  Cortland State jumped from ninth to No. 7 this week and Washington & Jefferson held firm at No. 8.

Mount Union once again received 23 of the 25 first place votes, with No. 2 UW-Whitewater picking up the remaining two top votes.  Mary Hardin-Baylor was once again third and Wheaton (Ill.) stayed at No. 4.

Wesley, who has opened the season 3-0, will look for another win when the team travels to Georgia to face LaGrange on Saturday, September 26.
