Wesley Rated Fifth by AFCA

COMPLETE RANKINGS

WACO, Texas - For the second straight week, Wesley is ranked fifth by the American Football Coaches Association in its Division III Top 25. 

The Wolverines were rated fifth in the other major weekly poll by D3football.com. 

The top seven teams in the poll remained unchanged from last week, beginning with top ranked Mount Union, who garnered 39 of the 40 first place votes.  No. 2 UW-Whitewater received the final first place ballot.  Mary Hardin-Baylor and Wheaton (Ill.) were again third and fourth, respectively. 

After Wesley completed the top five, St. John's (Minn.) and Washington & Jefferson held in sixth and seventh.  

The Wolverines completed a three game road trip with a 56-7 pasting of LaGrange and return to Dover for Homecoming against Frostburg State at 1:00 PM on October 3.
