Wesley Remains Fifth
MINNEAPOLIS - The Wesley College football is ranked fifth by D3football.com for the fifth straight week in its Top 25 rankings.
There was not much change at the top of the rankings, as the top seven teams stayed put. Top ranked Mount Union lost four first place votes, but still gained 19 to remain at No. 1. UW-Whitewater added all four first place votes to bring its total to six and strengthen its grip on the No. 2 ranking. No. 3 Mary Hardin-Baylor and No. 4 Wheaton (Ill.) again ranked ahead of Wesley.
Central and Washington & Jefferson flip flopped with Central jumping up to No. 8. Wabash rounds out the top 10 after moving up a spot.
Wesley was idle this weekend, but will travel to Apprentice on October 17 at 1:00 PM.
