Wesley Atop Lambert Meadowlands Poll
CAPE COD, Mass. - The Wesley College football team tops the latest ECAC® Lambert Meadowlands Division III Football Poll presented by FieldTurf.
The Wolverines have occupied the top spot in each of the seven polls this season.
Wesley sits ahead of four other teams still alive in the NCAA Division III Football Championships. Thomas More is ranked second, with Delaware Valley third and Albright and Montclair State rounding out the top five.
Washington & Jefferson, Alfred, Kean and Amherst are ranked sixth thru ninth, respectively. Johns Hopkins entered the top 10 after knocking off Hampden-Sydney in the first round last week.
The Wolverines retained the top spot after defeating North Carolina Wesleyan 55-23 in the NCAA First Round last week. Wesley hosts Mississippi College in the second round on November 28 at 12:00 PM.
