2009: Injuries from preseason camp kept Mike off the field last season...After strong spring will be back to compete in the secondary and on special teams.

2008 (Freshman): ACFC All-Academic...Dean's List student...Registered four tackles in a reserve role...Did great job in spring drills that should lead to playing time in the fall.

High School:  Played football (Mike Whittles) and lacrosse (Zach Burke)...Two-time MIAA-B Champions...Twice named all-conference...Also named all-league, all-county, all-state and all-metro.

Personal:  Born 7/17/1998...Son of Mike and Julia Brandenburg...Has two sisters, Ali and Ana...His father played lacrosse at Navy.
