A former All-American safety for Wesley, Aaron Benson joins the coaching staff in 2011 after the completion of a stellar playing career with the Wolverines.

Benson tied the school's single season record with seven picks as a junior and finished his career tied for eighth on Wesley's career leaderboard for interceptions.  He was a two-year team captain and was also an Atlantic Central Football Conference All-Academic selection.

He played on four ACFC Championship teams and two NCAA South Region Championship teams during his career.
