Three Earn All-CAC

YORK, Pa. - Brooke Tadlock, Amanda Fisher and Richa'd Johnson of the Wesley College field hockey team were selected to the All-CAC team as voted by the conference coaches.

Tadlock (Middletown, Del./Middletown) was named to the first team, while both Fisher (Felton, Del./Lake Forest) and Johnson (Paulsboro, N.J./Paulsboro) were picked for the second team.  It was the first career all-conference honor for all three players.

Tadlock earns first team honors after a stellar sophomore season.  She tied for first in the CAC with 38 points and led the circuit with 2.11 points per game.  Tadlock tied for first in goals per game at 0.94, while her 17 total goals tied for second.  She also finished tied for eighth in both assists and assists per game, while winning the conference player of the week award three times.  In just two seasons, Tadlock already ranks seventh all-time at Wesley with 26 goals and eighth with 60 points.

Johnson earned her first All-CAC honor to cap off her senior season.  She tied for fifth in the conference with four defensive saves to lead the Wesley defense. 

Fisher, a junior, tallied a pair of assists on the season while aiding the Wolverines in both the midfield and on defense. 

Wesley finished the 2008 season with a record of 11-7, marking the 12th straight season the Wolverines have won at least 11 times.
