Tadlock Named First Team All-Region

CHANDLER, Ariz. - Brooke Tadlock of the Wesley College field hockey team was named to the 2008 Longstreth/NFHCA Division III All-South Region First Team.

Tadlock (Middletown, Del./Middletown) earns first team honors after a stellar sophomore season.  She tied for first in the CAC with 38 points and led the circuit with 2.11 points per game.  Tadlock tied for first in goals per game at 0.94, while her 17 total goals tied for second.  She also finished tied for eighth in both assists and assists per game, while winning the conference player of the week award three times. 

In just two seasons, Tadlock already ranks seventh all-time at Wesley with 26 goals and eighth with 60 points.

She was also named to the All-Capital Athletic Conference First Team this offseason, earning both honors for the first time. 

Wesley finished the 2008 season with a record of 11-7, marking the 12th straight season the Wolverines have won at least 11 times.
