Tadlock Named CAC Player of the Week
YORK, Pa. - Wesley College junior forward Brooke Tadlock (Middletown, Del./Middletown) has been named the Capital Athletic Conference Field Hockey Co-Player of the Week after lead the Wolverines to three wins last week.
Tadlock scored a goal in each of the Wolverines three victories, including two game-winning goals. She opened the season with the game-winning goal against Washington (Md.). Tadlock added a score to help Wesley move past Oneonta State and move into the championship game of the Utica Tournament, where she scored the only goal of the game against the host Pioneers to clinch the team title.
With the three tallies, Tadlock moved into fifth place on Wesley's all-time goal scoring list with 29 career goals.
She shared the award with Mary Washington's Emma Jones.
Wesley will look to keep its win streak alive when the Wolverines travel to Richard Stockton on Wednesday, September 9 for a 4:00 PM contest.
