Osberg Ties for Second at Sheraton Invite
CAMDEN, Del. - Wesley College's Chris Osberg (Amherst, Va./Amherst) tied for second as the Wolverines took third at the Sheraton Invitational at Wild Quail.
Rutgers Camden finished first with a two-day 631 behind three of the tournament's top four individuals. Brett Hagan shot a 154 (75-79) to finish two shots ahead of teammate Brian Herman (79-77) and Osberg (81-75). The Scarlet Raptors' Dave Henry was fourth with a 157 (78-79).
The Wolverines' Rob Zimmerer (Franklin, N.J./Wallkill Valley) cracked the top 12 with a 166 (82-84).
Division II West Chester moved into second place with a two-day 658, 14 shots ahead of Wesley.
Wesley is back on the links on Saturday and Sunday at the McDaniel Spring Invitational.
