Wesley Comes Back to Defeat Widener

Swarthmore, Pa. - Despite being down after the first half, Wesley scored two to give them a win over the Pride.

Freshman, Frank Buffa (Phoenixville, Pa./Owen J. Roberts), scored on a break away to tie the game in the 43rd minute.  Kyle Long (Delaware, Ohio/Buckeye) sealed the win by heading in a corner kick from Saidu Fofanah (Yeardon, Pa./Pennwood) to give the Wolverines a victory over Widener. 

Nico Scarpato (Washington Township, N.J./Washington Township) and Omar De Los Santos (Prescott Valley, Ariz./Prescott Valley) were selected for all tournament recognition.

The Wolverines will travel to Hampden-Sydney for the Arby's/Hampden-Sydney Classic on September 12 at noon.
