Morales Sets Record at Mason Dixons
NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Wesley College men's track & field team captured sixth place at the Mason Dixon Conference Indoor Championships at Christopher Newport University.
Jumpers Roger Morales and Chris Donisi (Woodbury, N.J./West Deptford) led the Wolverines capturing each a third and a fifth place finish. Morales cleared 6-3 1/2 in the high jump, while Donisi long jumped 21-4 for third in that event. Morales joined Donisi in the long jump, finishing fifth with 20-1 3/4. Donisi claimed fifth in the triple jump with a mark of 40-9 1/2.
Morales performance in the high jump was a school record.
