Thomas Named CAC Player of the Week

YORK, Pa. - Wesley College's Colleen Thomas (Howell, N.J./Howell) was named the CAC Player of the Week for her efforts in a pair of Wolverines victories last week.

Thomas 18 points per game and shooting 60% from the field as the Wolverines won two CAC games and stayed within one game in the loss column of being in first place. Thomas dropped in 15 points on 7-for-13 shooting and added three boards, two blocks and a steal in the Rt. 13 rivalry vs. Salisbury. Saturday, Thomas drained 21 points on 8-for-12 shooting, including 4-for-6 from long range, and added eight rebounds and two thefts in a win over Hood.

The Wolverines, 8-6 overall and 4-1 in the CAC, travel to nationally ranked York (Pa.) for a key conference battle Monday evening at 6:00 PM.
