Cervenka, Kreps Honored by IWLCA

DOVER, Del. - Wesley College's Leslie Cervenka and Becky Kreps were named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Academic Honor Roll.

Players must have achieved at least junior year status and have a minimum GPA of 3.2 to be eligible.

Cervenka (Newtown, Pa./Pennsbury) is a junior Business Administration major.  The attacker led the team in assists with 16 and finished third in both goals (16) and points (32).  She also snatched up 27 ground balls.

Kreps (Newark, Del./Newark) is a junior Elementary Education major.  Limited to just seven games due to injury, she had 10 ground balls.

Both players were also named to the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) All-Academic Team earlier this summer.
