Fore nets 100th career goal for women's lacrosse at Immaculata

IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Wesley College women's lacrosse team dropped a non-conference tilt 17-10 to the Immaculata Mighty Macs on Monday.

Junior attacker Fallon Fore registered her 100th career goal with 4:08 remaining in the game. Fore is only the fifth Wesley women's lacrosse player to reach the 100-goal mark. She recorded two goals and four draw controls and an assist in the game.

Paige Brehm netted a hat trick with four draw controls, four caused turnovers and four ground balls. Maddison Cypher and Bailey Grey each notched a pair of goals. Grey added a team-high six draw controls.

On defense, Francesca Benitez caused two turnovers. Shelby Schirmer stopped 13 shots in goal.

The Wolverines will resume conference play on Wednesday when they host the St. Mary's Seahawks in their final home game of the 2018 season. The action from Drass Field at Scott D. Miller Stadium will start at 7 p.m.
