Wesley Falls at Hood in 2OT

FREDERICK, Md. - Hood's Jessica Devine scored with just 27 seconds left in double overtime as the Blazers topped Wesly College 1-0.

Neither team scored through regulation or the first overtime and it appeared the game was destined to end as a tie.  Katherine Rendon crossed the ball to Devine, who booted one in to end the game.

Wesley's (3-3, 1-3 CAC) Kim Fearnbach made five saves.  Rachelle Buhrman stopped nine shots to earn the shutout for Hood (3-4, 2-2 CAC).  The Wolverines outshot the Blazers 19-17.

Wesley will look to rebound on September 24 when Elizabethtown visits Dr. Scott D. Miller Stadium.
