Wesley Falls to Mary Washington
FREDERICKSBURG, Va. - The Wesley College women's soccer team dropped a 5-0 final at Mary Washington in Capital Athletic Conference play.
The Eagles scored three times in the first half then tacked on two more in the final six minutes with the outcome already decided.
Sydney Kahan (Cranston, R.I./Cranston) made three saves for the Wolverines.
Despite being outshot 17-5, Wesley held a 4-0 advantage in corner kicks.
Wesley is back in action on September 22 with a home match against Salisbury.
