Wolverines Fall in CAC Playoffs

SALISBURY, Md. - Wesley College ran into top seeded Salisbury in the quarterfinal round of the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) tournament and came out on the short end of a 9-0 final.

Lauren Tarver fell 6-2, 6-2 at first singles in the closest call of the afternoon.  Tara Spillane lost 6-2, 6-1 at fifth singles.

The loss concludes the Welsey season.  The Wolverines finish 2008 with a record of 2-7.
