Wesley Drops Pair of CAC Matches

DOVER, Del. - Wesley College lost on identical 9-0 scores to St. Mary's (Md.) and Mary Washington in a pair of Capital Athletic Conference matches on Saturday.

Kori Isken (Wilmington, Del./St. Mark's) was involved in both of the Wolverines closest calls against the Seahawks.  She lost 6-1, 7-5 at second singles after falling 8-6 at second doubles with Tara Spillane (Spring Lake, N.J./Manasquan).

In the nightcap, Mary Washington dominated the Wolverines, taking all six singles matches and all three doubles competitions, dropping just two total games in the nine matches.

Wesley is back in action on April 8 with a road trip to CAC foe York (Pa.).
