Women's Track & Field Competes at Ursinus

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - Wesley College competed in women's track & field for the first time since moving to Division III, as the Wolverines took to the track at the Frank Colden Invitational at Ursinus College.

Sontia Biggus led an abbreviated squad with a ninth place finish in the shot put.  Biggus' best toss of the day went for 30-5.5.

Ashley Cox paced Wesley in sprint events, finishing with team bests in the 55 meters (8.07) and 200 meters (29.65).

Wesley is now idle until traveling to the Lafayette Winter Games at the New York City Armory on February 15.
