Wesley Sweeps Tri-Match

DOVER, Del. - Wesley College extended its school record winning streak to eight matches with a pair of three set sweeps over Trinity (D.C.) and Rosemont in a tri-match played in Wentworth Gymnasium.

Set scores against the Tigers were 25-14, 25-11 and 25-18.  Against the Ramblers, the Wolverines won 25-9, 25-8, and 25-10.

Lilia Brekke tallied 21 kills between the two wins.  Sophie Reed totalled 31 assists. 

Against Rosemont, Kristen Roberts hit 7-of-13 and added six kills against Trinity (D.C.) for 13. 

The Wolverines are back in action on September 23 at 7:00 PM, when they travel to Salisbury for a CAC match.
