Wesley Splits Tri-Match
CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Wesley College dropped its third straight match, falling four games to DeSales in part of a tri-match.
The Bulldogs claimed the first two sets 25-12 and 25-13 before the Wolverines rebounded for a 26-24 win in the third set. DeSales then captured a decisive fourth set, 25-17.
Nettie Choice led Wesley with six kills and four blocks. Lilia Brekke had nine kills.
The Wolverines also took on Gwynedd-Mercy in a neutral site match at DeSales. Wesley swept that match in three sets, winning 27-25, 27-25 and 25-17. When match statistics become available, they will found via the 'Statistics' link at the top of this page.
Wesley returns to conference action with a trip to York (Pa.) on October 1.
