Greep's teams were successful in the classroom, as well, posting grade point averages over 3.0. A total of 19 of her student-athletes were chosen to the CSAC All-Academic Teams during her tenure.
A graduate of McPherson College, Greep was a vital member of that institution's softball program, having earned Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) post-season honors all four years.
While at McPherson Greep was captain of the 2003 KCAC championship team. The 2003 squad, as well as the 2004 team set program records for wins in a season with 18. Greep twice earned KCAC All-Conference recognition as a pitcher, once as a First Team selection at first base and once as a utility player.
She has also served as a coach and an instructor for high school and collegiate players at various camps and leagues.
