Wesley Seventh at CAC Championships

YORK, Pa. - Joleen Schilling cracked the top 20 as Wesley finished seventh at the Capital Athletic Conference Championships hosted by York (Pa.).

Schilling covered the 6,000-meter course in 24:59 to finish 18th. 

Wesley's second runner finished in 31st place as Kerry Bowman turned in a 27:23.

Jennifer Parave was 40th in 28:58, Jacky Allman took 47th in 31:20 and Erin Slattery's 35:32 placed her 49th.

Mary Washington took the team championship, followed closely by Salisbury.  The Eagles had the top two finishers, including the individual champion, Christy Falcone, who ran a 22:59.
